Coffee Maniac!

Hi everybody, this would be the 37th post for the blog.

Well, today selected 3/2 pupils went to the Temasek Polytechnic for the Engineering Week (visit
http://www-eng.tp.edu.sg/emag/engrus.html for more details.) opening ceremony. The concert was awesome, great lighting, great presentation, great everything. Maybe we should learn from them? Afterwhich, was the Engineering exhibits. There was one station on "test how relaxed your mind can be"- really interesting. Then, some of them suggestted proceeding for the reception.

The gist of this entry now begins..

We had three choices for the beverages, fruit punch, tea or COFFEE. As a self-confessed coffee-lover, Zheng Han went ahead to chose the coffee. Not once, but more then 15 times! (approximate guess) Taking back about 15 cups whic he stacked nicely together while savouring the new cup of coffee at the top. The coffee really worked wonders- after the 15 cups, Zheng Han looked exact opposite compared to the previous drowsy state. Below are pictures to illustrate the whole incident.

"I am so damn freaking sleepy+drowsy, i need more caffeine!!" (scripted)

Note that the above is cup number ONE.

The typical "drug-addict" "Caffeine-addict"

It's just cup number TWO..

Value for money$! An EXTRA UPSIZED cuppa coffee.

surrpp. (is this allowed in scrabbles? haha, refer ST)

"I am feeling it now.. the coffee-rush." (scripted)

ta da! Transformation complete!

I would like to continue with this post.. but not the right time now- it's dinner-time.

Bye!

ANNOUNCEMENT

More details @ 3/2 forum (General Board)

hello folks, (if there is actually anyone here)

AHA.

The EOY Examinations are finally over! Please allow me to publish entries that i wanted to during the EOY period.

A fire extinguisher is an absolute necessity in any home , school or office. While there's a good chance that the extinguisher will sit on the wall for years, collecting dust, it could end up saving your property and even your life.

Yes, a fire extinguisher is a must. However, on contrary to usual beliefs that the fire extinguishers are only for show and and no one actually touches them, the ones in our school are really special- they don't collect dust.

First, we had our school canteen vandalised with the white powder, then it's now our turn.

"jingle-bells..jingle bell.."

Not Christmas.

Oops, not this. It's ours.

Now people will wonder, who did this awful act? We will never know, unless a fingerprint indentification is carried out but even so, many of us actually touched the evidence, so what's the use? Then, i took pictures of all possible evidence.

EVIDENCE

1

Could this innocent-looking fire extinguisher outside our classroom between classroom 301 and 302 be the culprit? Let's take a closer look.

Obviously, the pressure meter is ZERO. Is our classroom that fire-prone?

2

Could this be left behind by the notorious extinguishermen ?

Perhaps there is only one thing we all can only do now. Wait.

NOTE TO CULPRIT:

Steps to effective fire extinguishing:

1. To use the extinguisher, you pull out the safety pin and depress the operating lever.
(very good you did this.)
2. The proper way to use the extinguisher is to aim it directly at the fuel (it's no point just targetting the classroom, problems should be solved directly with people involved) , rather than the flames themselves, and move the stream with a sweeping motion.
(pity, pity. You missed out on the most important point (in BOLD) else, you will make a great firefighter.)
